The project involves design-build of a new single-story AAFES Shopping Center. This facility includes approximately 265,000 square feet of new construction. Included in the scope are retail areas, mall, food court, storage, and offices. The estimated value is $42,800,000.
It is the sole responsibility of the Sub/Supplier to ensure that all bids, quotes and cost proposals submitted to Baggette Construction are complete per all plans, specifications, addenda, amendments, notifications, bulletins, clarifications and/or qualifications. It is also the sole responsibility of the Sub/Supplier to verify scale and overall coordination between drawings and specifications.
